Bridge Cybersecurity Questionnaire

DaVina and the management team are considering some plans to enhance the cybersecurity on devices and apps used by the Bridge team. Please help us by answering the questions below; it should take just a few minutes. There are no right or wrong answers and everything will be kept private! We just want to hear from you about how you use technical devices for work so we can strive to make them even more secure and safe.

After you complete the form, you may get an email from our security consultant Craig Udit of CUE Services to schedule a brief followup. If you have any questions at all, please contact Gustavo. Thank you so much!

The computer make and model would be something like "Samsung Galaxy Book" or "Apple Macbook" or "Dell Inspiron" and might include numbers like "Book 5" or "I7-116567". You might find this info on a label on the bottom of laptops or back of PC's or by going to START menu on PC and entering "About this PC". If you cannot find this information, just leave this answer blank...that is NOT a problem at all.
This can include any comments, questions or info about software you use for your job, questions about security, or anything else tech-related.
